Thank you for your feedback on the CU7000 TV. If there is a sticker on your TV, it's likely it was placed on top of a protective film. If there is a protective film on your screen, it will be indicated with a large blue triangle in the upper left corner. The triangle will have an illustration showing how to remove the protective film.
If you do not have a blue triangle in the upper left corner, then that means there is no protective film on the screen, so please do not try to peel off anything. You will damage what is actually the screen.

Good picture IF you go into settings and adjust it because it's super bright. POOR sound that can also be rectified by going into settings. Best this is to call Samsung support and they will walk you through it according to your needs. Everyone at the store kept telling me I need to buy an expensive sound bar to get decent sound but so far it's working out ok.

It’s still a good tv. I’d rather have the Roku platform back rather than the Samsung. I am extremely happy with my purchase. It’s lightning fast and the picture is amazing. The picture is crystal clear, the sound quality is great, and connecting to it via Bluetooth with a laptop for presentations works flawlessly. Highly recommend this TV.

It looks amazing and sounds amazing my daughter loves watching her cartoon's, and we have movie nights and totally worth the price

At one dollar per inch it is a no brainer if you want to upgrade to a bigger screen while not wanting to spend three times the money for the latest and greatest technology updates. Purchased as an in between TV until we move next year.
