Samsung is Great

The only issue I have is sometimes I have to reconnect the Wi-Fi to the internet if don’t use Netflix or Prime regularly. Love the picture and adding a sound bar is a must for better sound.

Thank you for sharing your experience with the CU7000 TV. If you’re experiencing issues with the Wi-Fi connection, we suggest you try the following:
1. Use 5Ghz Wi-Fi if possible
2. Try wired LAN if available
3. Try repositioning the router, so there are no obstacles between your TV and the router
4. Try running a cold boot on your TV. To do so, hold down the Power button on the Samsung TV remote until the TV turns off and then on again. This should take about 5 seconds.
Please also be sure you are running the latest firmware. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV. Go to: Settings > Support > Software Update.
You can enable automatic updates for convenience.
Go to Settings > Support > Software Update, then select Auto Update.

They never fail to disappoint and have several payments options to fit everyone’s needs. There is no other place I’d go!! The staff goes above and beyond the call of duty. I recently had my cell phone stolen during my most recent purchase and the staff helped identify the person and my phone was peacefully returned.
