We are super happy with overall and have no complaints at all. Coming from a 50" Vizio that was about 7 years old this was a nice step up. Viewing angle is great from anywhere in our room and I've read some complaints about the sound, which is totally fine. Some people complained about the sound being not loud enough, but we have not experienced that. Overall this is a killer bang for the buck value.

Unfortunately my experience at Best Buy was a comedy of errors. Staff wasn't particularly knowledgeable (but at least admitted they didn't know the answers to several different questions), then flat out made up an answer to a question that led me to have to return a second product that I had purchased. Ended up wasting my afternoon as well and ruined plans I had. Best Buy is probably Amazon's best referral source.
