I’m sorry to hear about the issues you’re experiencing with a slow user interface. To ensure performance is fully optimized, please make sure your TV is running the latest firmware. To do so, go to Settings> Support> Software Update. You can easily update from there if necessary.

Can't beat the price for the size of the TV. Just don't expect the kind of picture you see when you walk into a store and they've got the $7,000 TVs out. Would still recommend.
