I’m sorry to hear about the issues you’re experiencing with unresponsive apps. To ensure performance is fully optimized, please make sure your TV is running the latest firmware. To do so, go to Settings> Support> Software Update. You can easily update from there if necessary.
Next, I recommend utilizing the self-diagnostic tool, which checks memory, frees unused cached memory, and closes background apps. Go to Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care.

I changed batteries. Still nothing. I called Samsung and they walked me through coding the remote. It worked for one week and then stopped again. I called Samsung and they are sending me a new remote. This is ridiculous. I’ve never had this problem with my other Samsung tvs or LGs.
