    Beautiful picture but the tv didn’t hold up even mounted on the wall. It’s a shame because I loved its simplicity and user interface. Very friendly and easy to use. I will greatly miss this tv.

    Might be too soon to speak on this tv beings i just bought it a month ago, but ill just say this ive been buying samsung products for a while now, and they always outlasted other brands and are of good quality!

    It's ok 4 what I was wanting 2 use it 4, the specifications said it has "edge-lit" backlighting on it but I don't see ANY lights on the edge or back. I sent a message on Twitter 2 Samsung asking if it is supposed 2 have them cause stores don't always get it right, u'd think it would b a simple yes or no answer but no, they keep asking all these questions that have nothing 2 do with it.

    Looks identical to 2020-2019 version . Remote control is not so user friendly.

    Picture can be vivid in SDR but color accuracy is difficult to impossible to achieve. HDR brightness is not impressive even at maxiumum brightness. Motion smoothness and response time is good. Id spend money on a better TV.

      Thank you for sharing your thoughts on the picture quality of your CU7000 TV. In addition to the several picture modes on your TV, you may also want to try adjusting additional picture settings if your picture is not to your liking.

      You can go to Home > Settings > All Settings> Picture > Expert Settings and configure the TV settings to your taste with functions such as Brightness, Contrast, Sharpness, Color, Tint (G/R), and many more.

    Love the tv. bought the open box and it was missing the remote control. I ended up buying a universal but would have liked if it at least said it was missing the remote.

    We had to go to a different Best Buy to do our purchase because the one by our house the employees weren’t helpful at all. But overall it’s was good, perfect at the other one
