This is my 4th samsung and my last Samsung in yr.

A PLETHORA OF ISSUES rangeing from remote stops working... the tv os freezes, major bluetooth soeaker bar connection...it drops the connection and will not reconnect until you reboot the tv remove the soundbar then you ran reinstall the sound bar and hope it stays connected for the rest ov the movie nevermind the fact you just spent 45 min. Troubleshooting..rebooting..remiving and reinstalling. I ALSO purchased a samsung microwave range hood... those issues are not for this but juat know the quality is the same... there isn't any.

I have a few recommendations that may improve your experience.
1. Use 5Ghz Wi-Fi if possible
2. Try wired LAN if available
3. Try repositioning the router, so there are no obstacles between your TV and the router
4. Try running a cold boot on your TV. To do so, hold down the Power button on the Samsung TV remote until the TV turns off and then on again. This should take about 5 seconds.
Please also be sure you are running the latest firmware. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV. Go to: Settings > Support > Software Update.
