Good but have little issue.

The wire now is stuck to the TV and I can not get it out but other than that I really enjoying this TV

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Product good but missing parts I try to get the parts when I called customer service and they send me back to the store to pick up the missing parts after I was at the store they told me they didn’t have the parts with them so I call back and they send me to another Best Buy well been back and forward wasting my time and gas and after my third time they just offered me to return the product bad service, so far still have the tv in the box cause I haven’t bought a stand for it or a wall bracket

Great product but has it’s flaws

I’d recommend on a deal, but not worth retail price in my opinion as there’s better alternatives.

Thank you for your feedback on the user interface of the CU8000 TV. To ensure performance is fully optimized, please make sure your TV is running the latest firmware. To do so, go to Settings> Support> Software Update. You can easily update from there if necessary.

The quality of video isnt anything to brag about but is 100% better then TLC or the cheaper brands. Game mode js okay but the hdr just shoots white so hard that its blinding even after fixing it through the tv settings and console. Now for movies on Youtube. It has a heck of a time even with it being plugged up. It pauses the audio off and on ever 30 seccounds. I have to the console to watch movies from the xbox app instead of the youtube app on the tv. Its the only app that has isssues.

We appreciate your feedback on the CU8000 TV. Please know we are here to help and have a few suggestions that may improve your experience with the YouTube App.
First, I recommend running a cold reboot on your TV. There are two ways to do this:
1) Using the Remote: For most people, the easiest way is to hold down the Power button on the Samsung TV remote until the TV turns off and then on again. This should take about 5 seconds.
2) Using the Plug: If you do not have the remote, unplug your TV from the wall outlet or surge protector, leave it unplugged for 30 seconds, and then plug it back in.
Next, I recommend ensuring the YouTube app is up to date by going to “Apps” on your Smart TV and selecting “Settings” from the top right corner. Next, select the YouTube app and select "Update," if available. If the issue persists or if there is no Update available, we will try deleting and reinstalling the YouTube app. To do so, navigate to “Apps” on your Smart TV and select “Settings” from the top right corner. Next, select the app. Finally, select Delete, and select Delete again to confirm.
Then, we will reinstall the app by returning to “Apps” on your Smart TV and selecting “Settings” from the top right corner. Click on “YouTube” and then select “Reinstall.”
Also, please ensure you are running the latest Firmware update. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update.

Average tv

Those are visible in dark’s backgrounds like netflix homescreen or any videos with gray/dark colors is not a big think but i really couldn’t stand seeing those small clear stains. Besides that everything was great.
