It has great picture with nice color and contrast. Had it delivered and hung it ourselves.

The connectivity with AirPlay 2 is awesome and the tvOS is very versatile. Smart Things app is great and Samsung is really doing some great things here.

You cannot change picture size settings

Customer service was great and they answered my questions. Something that really doesnt sit right with me in the incapability of changing the picture size settings to my liking for streaming services. Though it was explained that the picture size settings are set by the streaming services, it is frustrating that this setting is not built into the tv's direct settings. This takes away the option to customize my picture settings for full utilization of the screen such as watching movies on prime. It is frustrating to know that we are dishing out so much money for services and cannot change the settings to our liking. I hate the black bars for movies and i hate that i cant use the 12 inches of extra space on the tv. Love the tv, hate the settings.

We appreciate your feedback on the Samsung DU6900 TV. As you mentioned the picture size settings are often set by the streaming service.
When not in those specific apps, you can get the image to fill the screen by adjusting the aspect ratio. Go to Home > Settings > All Settings> Picture > Picture Size Settings > Picture Size.
