We knew very little about new TV products so arriving at the store we asked for help selecting a TV. The front desk sent a manager to help us and we made our selection and setup delivery and installation. We are very happy with our experience at Best Buy.

We literally can't see dark scenes during the day or night. I had the tv serviced by Samsung and they told me that's how it is. All of my older TVs, which also happen to be Samsung, work fine. The smaller Samsung that this replaced, worked beautifully in the same room, day and night. Totally disappointing. The rest of the TV works great and I love not having to attach anything to access all of my streaming services. We love being able to play games, too. You'll have to upgrade your remote if you want voice. I would not purchase this TV again and honestly am leery of purchasing another Samsung altogether if this is how they are now.

Go to Home > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode and select the mode that best fits your usage:
1) Standard: Default mode suitable for general viewing environments.
2) Natural: Reduces eye strain for a comfortable viewing experience.
3) Movie: Most suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room.
4) Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments.
You can also go to Settings > All Settings> Picture > Expert Settings > to manually fine-tune your image.
