    Purchased for low cost. Everything must be done wireless. Only two rear cable connections. Fought it for a couple days and returned for a more expensive LG. Very happy now.

    Hardware failure in first 6 months

    6 months in and have a hardware failure that is apparently pretty common for this kind of tv. Now need a new tv as the repairs to the hardware are more costly than buying new. Very frustrating

    This TV is garbage only had the TV for a year and half and it no longer works and this TV is in our game room so it doesn't get used a lot. DO NOT BUY THIS TV

    We bought this TV on July 30th and tried to put it up 3 weeks later and the screen was broke! Called Best Buy and were told it was past the 2 week period for returns and referred us to Samsung. Well that was a bust..their policy is 5 days after purchase to return. They offered to fix it for nearly $600. We trashed it and bought a different brand. Big waste of money. We were not reminded of the return policy nor did we read the fine print. Lesson learned.

    Audio and visual won't sync. Impossible to add soundbar. Only 2 HDMI and the "ARCHDMI" appears to be faulty. I've owned a Samsung 55" for 15 years that operates flawlessly. I purchased the 75" to replace a 75" LG that I thought would give a better picture as a retirement gift to myself. Should've kept the LG

      Thank you for purchasing the Samsung DU6900 TV. To address the audio delay, you may want to try the Audio Pass-Through feature. This feature allows the audio signal to be sent out unprocessed to an external Soundbar or receiver connected to the TV. The external Soundbar or receiver then processes the audio, thereby eliminating the added step of processing by the TV, which adds delay.

      To activate this feature, go to Settings > All Settings> Sound > Expert Settings > Digital Output Audio Format > set to Pass-Through.

      The DU6900 TV offers 2 HDMI ports and is Bluetooth and Wi-Fi capable, allowing a seamless connection across multiple devices at a time. If your external device requires an Optical port, we recommend utilizing an HDMI to Optical Converter. These can be found at your local electronics store. Please also keep in mind that an Optical port can be found on our DU8000F Series and above.

    Nice tv until screen went out after 5 times of use they came out twice already and still not fixed. Jesus samsung just replace the tv already cost more to keep sending techs out. Unbelievable

      . Go to Home > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode and select the mode that best fits your usage:

      1) Standard: Default mode suitable for general viewing environments.
      2) Natural: Reduces eye strain for a comfortable viewing experience.
      3) Movie: Most suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room.
      4) Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments.
      5) Filmmaker Mode: You can watch the source content (e.g., movie) as it is. If the image is defined as Filmmaker Mode, it will automatically switch to Filmmaker Mode while watching.

      You can also go to Settings > All Settings> Picture > Expert Settings > to manually fine-tune your image.

      For sound adjustments, go to Settings> All Settings> Sound.
