    Garbage absolute garbage, worst tv I’ve ever owned. Remote barely works was difficult to set up and get it working. No more Samsung products for me!

    Don’t be fooled by the price.

    Very fragile. Easily broken when best brought it in. Had to wait almost a week for them to take it back. Plus another week for a refund. Decided to buy another brand.

    Samsung UHD 4K DU6900 75” Goodness

    Amazing picture and sound. I was at a crossroads between this model and the DU7200. The store had both and looking at them side by side, they are identical. 7200 is grey and 6900 is black. The only difference is that the 7200 had more inputs. I believe one more HDMI port. Not worth $100 more than the 6900. They are identical. The picture, sound, aesthetics, ease of use and quality is hands down fantastic! I am very happy with the DU6900.

      If you’re experiencing issues with the Wi-Fi connection, we suggest you try the following:

      1. Use 5Ghz Wi-Fi if possible
      2. Try wired LAN if available
      3. Try repositioning the router so there are no obstacles between your TV and the router
      4. Try running a cold boot on your TV. To do so, hold down the Power button on the Samsung TV remote until the TV turns off and then on again. This should take about 5 seconds.

    I love this Tv, its got nice picture and all, but after having this for only 24 hours I have had a pain dealing with it. It will not connect to internet, ive tried absolutely everything and no matter what i cant cinnect with the wifi, the only way i was able to sign it was because I ran an ethernet cable across my living room to plug it in. Horrible experience in that department. I hope your patient, cause every single time you push the button it takes a minimum of 2 seconds to register your input, I feel like we have come a long way in technology to still have this be such an issue. All in all for what its worth its a half decent tv, but I wish to took bigger heed to the warnings of the low reviews.

      First, let's ensure you are running the latest Firmware. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update. To ensure you do not miss any Firmware Updates, I recommend enabling Auto Updates. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update> then select Auto Update.

    Excellent TV. Even better than I expected. When it was first installed and the picture came on, it made is feel so much like we were in the picture, the installer actually reached towards the TV because it seemed like it was falling off the wall. It was just the picture. Highly recommend.
