    This TV is garbage. The video quality is fine, but everything else is terrible. The Samsung Tizen OS is incredibly slow, the apps crash once an hour, and it refuses to stay connected to the internet. It also thinks I'm pressing buttons on the remote while the remote is sitting on the table. I've had it for less than a week and it has been more of a headache than anything else. I'm shocked Samsung made such a horrible product.

      First, let's ensure you are running the latest Firmware. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update. I recommend enabling auto-updates to ensure you do not miss any Firmware Updates. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update> then select Auto Update.

      Next, let's try running a cold boot on your TV. To do so, hold down the Power button on the Samsung TV remote until the TV turns off and then on again. This should take about 5 seconds.

    The quality of the picture wasn’t great. Also the volume needs to be all the way up basically to get some good quality sound effects for movies

      4) Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments.

    Total Tech , which is what I was sold offers free first time installation. As a member it kept trying to charge me to install so I did a live chat. I was told Total tech no longer exists, news to me, my account was surely debited when it came up for renewal less than 2 months ago. In 2024 I had over $20,000 worth of equipment installed. Your customer satisfaction is obviously not on your high priority list. So, you want me to get your great deal on a Samsung TV for $550 and spend half that to install it. This is the furtherest thing from a deal I’ve ever seen.
