75 “ Nice tv , It looks great !! Easy to install !

I'd gotten this TV because the Toshiba - 75" Class C350 Series LED 4K UHD Smart Fire TV, that I'd just purchased failed (no picture) and I returned it. I was super happy with the Toshiba's plug-n-play setup & it's easy to use features. I upgraded to the Samsung only because its picture quality was better. However, the Samsung was a nightmare to setup. Initially, none of the methods worked (QR, smartphone, laptop). I had to create a Samsung account in order to set up the TV. I called Samsung support and even after spending a long time with them, was still unable to setup the TV. I kept trying on my own and eventually got the TV set up. The TV's settings would change on their own, often after a software update. Calls to Samsung support always resulted in the same generic fix -- a hard power down (unplug) for at least 5 mins and then power back up. Other times, I had to re-establish many settings from scratch. For example, the TV would drop channels from the FAVORITES list if the channel signal was lost. I live next to a major airport. Flight take-offs often will block/interfere with the TV digital broadcast signal. If the interference is lengthy, the TV will not re-establish the channel and will drop the channel from the FAVORITES list and I have to manually add it back, often having to do a new channel scan and adding the FAVORITE channel all over. TOTALLY ANNOYING!! Channel selection is very slow...TV always displays LOADING PLEASE WAIT, often for 5-10 seconds. Clicking the remote's channel advance multiple times can cause the TV to loose track and go to the wrong channel. The TV has only one HDMI & one USB port. Even my inexpensive SMART TVs have multiple HDMI & USB ports. I had to buy an HDMI swtich. I could go on-and-on ... had I not passed the 60 day return window, I would have taken it back, I'm definitely not a happy camper and do not recommend Samsung!!

The size of this TV and picture is totally worth the value. I love it, hunged it on my living room wall.

The picture is amazing! Only complaint is the remote has to be in just the right spot to connect. But, I use the Bluetooth option from my phone too and that works great!
