Sound Is Horrible!! Do not waste your money!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This TV sitting on the floor at BB on Blackfriday may look look like a sweet deal being a whopping 75” however BE WARNED!! The TV speakers are so cheap, if there is even 2 speakers in the back of this TV , maybe just 1 .. it sounds like your listening to a tin can!! You ears immediately notice how bad it is , not normal! We tried all the settings and EQ and it did nothing to help.. We bought it and within an hour returned it for the comparable LG which blows the samsung away!

Delivery

Set home all day waiting, at around 2:30pm got a txt that delivery on way, be there at 3:30 pm. 4pm I start calling BBY only to find out my order was cancelled because they were calling a number that I used more than 5 years ago. I gave these people my new number over 10 times. After calling they not only cancelled delivery, but I found out they have changed delivery date to the next week. What the f..k bby? So, I cancelled the TV that I wanted so bad. This is not the 1st time I have paid Best Buy for something and got screwed. I couldn't even cancel the tv on the phone. Now, I got to go into the store to cancel. Im not Buying another thing from them and Im cutting up my credit card. I am Peed!

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this model 2 weeks later power light flashing and clicking noise even when tv was turned off best buy would not return cause was one day past reurn policy Samsung came out replaced the board and same thing i was told not to use the tv untill they came back out one week so they came back out with a new screen and board and the screen was completely shattered so spoke with Samsung again and they are going to come back out a third time will never buy Samsung products or recommend

Line on screen within 6 months/ Slow "smart" TV

Prior to that, any scenes that were dark in color looked awful and movement on the screen left a trail behind. The menu is HORRIBLE. It's slow and unresponsive. The PS5 is autodetected but then TV stops showing the PS5 and says its not connected. So you have turn off the autodetect or whatever nonsense it is in order to get it to appear on the screen. Do not buy this TV. Let's say I just got a bad one, do you want to risk getting a bad one too? Avoid at all costs.

I’m sorry that you’re experiencing screen abnormalities on your DU6950 TV. Please run a Picture Test to determine if the TV causes the problem. Picture Test displays a high-definition picture you can examine for flaws or faults. Go to Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Picture Test
This will require service if this occurs on all sources and the picture test.
To remove the soap opera effect, you'll want to change Motion smoothing settings on your TV:
Navigate to Settings > All Settings > Picture > Expert Settings > Auto Motion Plus Settings (Picture Clarity Settings).
1. The default setting is Auto. This means the feature automatically turns on and off based on the type of program being watched.
2. Select Auto Motion Plus (Picture Clarity) to change the setting to either Off or Custom.
If you select Custom, three additional options are available:
• Blur Reduction: Use the directional keys on the remote to adjust the Blur setting.
• Judder Reduction: Use the directional keys on the remote to adjust the Judder setting.
• LED Clear Motion: This option allows you to configure the LED backlight to sharpen fast-moving images. Select to turn On or Off.
Next, If the colors on your TV too dark or bright, you can try adjusting Picture Modes, Contrast, Brightness, or Sharpness settings. For darker scenes, I recommend Dynamic Picture Mode, which makes pictures brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments. Go to Settings > All Settings> Picture > Picture Mode > Dynamic.
To ensure your TV is operating as fast as possible, please ensure you've got the latest firmware version installed on your DU6950 TV. You can check this by going to Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update.

Looks great but dip in quality

Tv randomly shuts off or switches to different channels when it feels like it. Also makes a clicking sound long after it's been turned off

If your TV appears to turn off by itself, try disabling some of the TV's energy efficiency functions.
See if Sleep Timer has been enabled. The Sleep Timer automatically turns the TV off after a specific period of time. Go to: Settings > All Settings> General > System Manager > Time > Sleep Timer
If the Sleep Timer has not been enabled, see if Auto Power Off or Off Timer has been enabled and disable it.
- Settings > All Settings> General > Power and Energy Saving > Auto Power Off
- Settings > All Settings> General > System Manager > Time > Off Timer

The price was excellent at $250 off. The past 9 years I have bought 7 samsung tvs. This is the first one I ever had an issue. Luckily I was able to return it and get the samsung 7200. The downside I didn't get the $250 savings. I wound up having to pay more money. Extremely pleased with the 7200.

bad experience

Always glitching!!

It will randomly freeze or restart. I have to unplug the TV 2-3 times a day. I will be removing the TV from my wall and returning it that’s how much I hate it.

Junk / waste of money

Everything is a fight with this TV. Super laggy operating system that’ll make you pull your hair out! My 55” from 2013 looks & reacts to controls better.
