    Freezes too often. Never had this problem in a Samsung tv

      Thank you for letting us know about the issues you are having with your DU6900 TV freezing often.

      First, let's ensure you are running the latest Firmware Update. Go to Home > Settings > Support > Software Update.

      If you do have the latest firmware, then you can next try a cold boot. There are two ways to cold boot your TV:
      1) Using the Remote: For most people, the easiest way is to hold down the Power button on the Samsung TV remote until the TV turns off and then on again. This should take about 5 seconds.
      2) Using the Plug: If you do not have the remote, unplug your TV from the wall outlet or surge protector, leave it unplugged for 30 seconds, and then plug it back in.

    Loved how easy it was to setup and also with previous account from SmartThings it makes everything easier. Love the pixels and the 4k, in and out of apps and overall the greatness of a smart TV

    It works for what I need it for, like others have said, the sound isn't great but I'm looking at getting a cheap sound bar to help with that. The picture is good and this is overall a good deal for the price, especially when it's on discount.

    Great buy from Best Buy. It's a real Smart TV. It's larger than I thought. I am going to put it on the wall eventually. I will come back to see what I might need to accomplish that feat. I may have to add a surround sound too. Its loud, but I want to feel the roar and rumble from watching the movies. Thank you for the Quick Delivery also.
