    The quality of this tv is subpar and I would not recommendit. On day 4 the smart remote quite literally broke in my hand. I own several Samsung televisions and have never experienced this incredibly poor quality. I've called Samsung support and they refuse to warranty the remote. I understand they are unable to very mishandling of the remote so I purchased a new replacement Samsung remote online. As of writing this the review, the replacement remote, which is a samsung smart remote works only at times. This is not on Bestbuy, this is a poorly built product by Samsung.

      We appreciate you sharing your experience with the DU6950 TV and its remote. Please know that damage caused by accident, abuse, or misuse of the product is not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.

      We recommend the following troubleshooting steps to help fix your remote:

      First, please remove the batteries from your remote, and then hold the Power button for eight seconds to reset the remote. Then, reinsert the batteries and try to use the remote again.

      Next, Check if the remote is sending an IR signal.Take either a digital camera or use the camera on your phone or tablet. Point the remote at the camera, and then press and hold the Power button on the remote. As you hold the button down, look at the camera's screen. If the remote is sending an IR signal, you will see a colored light coming from the remote control.

      If you do not see the IR light, replace the batteries with fresh ones and try again. If you still do not see the IR light, then replace the remote.

    I bought this tv on the Black Friday sale last year December the reason why I give this tv a bad review is because the Tv screen has detached and I’ve only had the TV For under a year I’m not sure if I had a faulty tv but I will be contacting Best Buy immediately !!!

    Amazing product and amazing team. I bought the tv got it home and got some reason no picture but had sound. So we bring it back but forgot the cord and there team plugged a new cord in and got it to work. They exchanged the tv for a new one and when we got it home this one worked perfectly.

    Everything is good except the apps on the TV open up slowly and lag and the sound is bad. You cant change the sound quality so now i have to get a sound bar.

    I had this TV installed in the conference room at my office. It's easy to connect to, not ugly, and works well for our purposes. I recommend this over any projector. We connect to it using screen mirroring on our Windows 11 Laptops.

    So far so good … I’ve only had it a month now but so far I really love it ! I’m old so I’m still learning how it works lol. But it’s still real easy for us old folks lol It also has a gaming screen for the younger people. Wish I had enough energy to try it lol
