    Good evening, I bought this model more than a month ago and it has technical problems it turns off alone in which at the time of buying the TV they offered me an insurance that supposedly covers all kinds of damage both technical and physical I had an incident checking the TV and it fell and it hit the furniture I called support and they tells me that the insurance that I am supposedly paying for does not cover any damage, in the end they did not give me any answer and any solution and I lost my money only because people at the time of selling do not know how to offer or explain your insurance plan well please be very careful and ask well when making a purchase at Best Buy and that they explain your insurance policy well I hope it happens to us what happened to me in the end I ended up losing because at the beginning the equipment was failing me and this incident happened to me and there is no solution

    Not great. Was super cheap and came with free 32inch. Lags alot. Not good for sports or action movies. Super cheap and flimsy.

      To address the lagging issue, let's first ensure you are running the latest Firmware Update. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update. To ensure you do not miss any Firmware Updates, I recommend enabling Auto Updates. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update> then select Auto Update.

      Next, let's try running a cold boot on your TV. To do so, hold down the Power button on the Samsung TV remote until the TV turns off and then on again. This should take about 5 seconds.

    Love my 75” inch Crystal UHD Samsung, this has made our holidays extra special. The features are amazing and the screen quality is just Crystal clear. 5 starts.

    This review is not so much in the tv it's self about more so the experience with getting it this is how I received the tv and was told I have to bring it back to the store to get a refund or exchange when I got to the store the manager was so rude to the point people had to come up and ask why he was talking to a paying customer like that he refuses to exchange or give me a refund after hour on the phone with customer service I had to go to another Best Buy were the manger was much nicer and more professional but still would not exchange the tv and made me pay $300 for another tv the way they do business is horrible I paid over $600 for this tv and have spent more then that in the store alone for a set up and now I've paid basically a thousand dollars on the tv alone this is not right as a paying customer on a tv this price I should first off not be talked to like I was and should have been taken care of as I was still in the return and exchange time frame won't be going to Best Buy again after this

    Samsung’s SHAMEFUL disappointment!

    Six months with this 75” TV has been disappointment on top of disappointment! The sound from day one has been horrible, like a cellphone speaker at the bottom of a soup can. Now the massive TV is randomly glitching out for 30 or more seconds at a time until the TV resets, sometimes returning to the program you’re in the middle of watching. Not sure which surprises me most… that Samsung would put their name on such a shameful failure of technology, or that Best Buy would sell this shameful disappointment in their stores. I would have returned it by now but I can’t fit it in any of my vehicles, which leaves me embarrassed and ashamed that we made this purchase.

    It is a solid tv if you are not an image snob. It works well and sounds good. I wouldn't recommend this to any gamers who need 120 hz. But this is a solid deal for a 77 inch smart tv.

      Go to Home > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode and select the mode that best fits your usage:

      1) Standard: Default mode suitable for general viewing environments.
      2) Natural: Reduces eye strain for a comfortable viewing experience.
      3) Movie: Most suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room.
      4) Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments.

      You can also go to Settings > All Settings> Picture > Expert Settings > to manually fine-tune your image.

    Backlight Bleed!!!!

    I've had two of these delivered and sent back for the same problem. Significant backlight bleed. If you don't watch dark movies or games or watch in a bright room, it isn't an issue but if you do, forget about it. The first tv had backlight bleed through on 4 areas larger than my hand. It wasn't due to the installation and the mounting screws where located in different areas. The areas were about for inches away from the corners on each side of the tv. The second tv was significantly worse. Instead of individual spots, there was one small wave of black that went through the screen, the rest was the washed out grayish backlight bleeding through. I tested it on videos including youtube black screens, dark scenes form movies, and video games. In each, it bleed through enough to be a distraction. I was hoping that it was just bad luck so I had them bring out a second one, same issue but worse.
