Samsung and Xfinity need to come to the table

Had a few Samsung TVs that are N compatible w/ lots of factors. Reduced sound quality & across the board @ all areas. ESP. w/ sounds! It sounds like its being routed through a tin can! Great price Poor product

Maybe I should have purchased a different brand. And my tv was brand new NOT refurbished.

For optimal performance, we ask that you please ensure you've got the latest firmware version installed on your TV. You can check this by going to Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update.

Screen is falling off after two days

Since we picked it up in the store, support wouldnt help us get a new one delivered so our only option is to take it down, return and exchange it in store, and then get the new one home. Id recommend sticking to a tv that doesn’t use two sided scotch tape to hold the screen down…

Broken TV - stuck with a lemon

The screen had streaks and half black through the entire upper picture making it unviewable. Best Buy would not return and Samsung will not warrant the product.

Please run a Picture Test to determine if the problem is caused by the TV. Picture Test displays a high-definition picture you can examine for flaws or faults. Go to Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Picture Test.
