    This tv was a great deal and is great for my spare room. WOULD NOT recommend for main tv if you want high quality picture get QLED or Oled this tv is entry level not meant to give great response times on sports or wide range of colors for hdr games tv shows or movies. No optical input so only soundbars or audio equipment with HDMI arc will work on this tv. Thats a lame design but for under 600 i cant complain too much. Great Value.

    Picture is fine and size and fit are good. Problem is with Samsung Tizen technology not getting along with other basic tech. I replaced a Samsung with this Samsung, and the same issue persist. Thought it was just the previous tv being older, but any streaming services will freeze up and close out and return to home screen randomly. This happened on the other Samsung as well but not as bad as this newer tv. I have 5 other brand tv's in the home with zero issues like this. Secondly Samsung requires you to basically point the remote directly at the tv unlike my other tv's I can change channels 3 rooms away. Silly me.. No more Samsungs. I've heard fire stick may solve the issue, guess we'll see.

    Sound is horrible

    The image quality is good, but the sound is surprisingly poor for this brand. While the price is justifiable, LG offers a similarly sized TV at the same price with potentially better features. The build quality also feels flimsy, which is disappointing. Overall, this TV is just average—nothing exceptional, but it gets the job done.

    Amazing picture, poor volume

    The picture quality is really nice. The tv runs smooth and the internet connection has no issue. The one big issue with this tv is the volume, it's extremely lackluster so only get if you don't care much for the volume or if you have or plan on getting a soundbar which makes it a game changer.

    TV is awesome in many ways. Picture is clear, high res, fast when going through menus, free channels are decent, and I didn't realize you can use it as a gaming system so you don't have to buy an xbox console. My only complaint is that the volume doesn't really go up much at all when you go from 20-50+

    Nice picture and a good price. It came with a free soundbar. Great sound but was a little outdated had to use the Bluetooth option

    I purchased this TV using a Black Friday deal. The TV is huge and fits perfectly in my family room. The picture is clear and this TV was super easy to set-up. I highly recommend this product!

    Got this on the early black friday sale ($200 off) The video quality is ok but the audio sounds weak, Will need to add a sound bar to it... Also, theres a tiny gap in the front between the frame of the tv to the screen, which dirt & lint can get in trough ... The plus side to it is the big 75" for an affordable price.

    As for B Buy, I have nothing to complain about, top-notch professionals, website, purchase, withdrawal. But I was very disappointed with the Samsung TV, ok the image is beautiful, incredible... but its navigation system can be 100x worse than Roku, what do you mean? Slow, it crashes too much, you can't uninstall what you don't use, if you don't put an app on your home page, it gets lost forever, you have to search to find it and log in, after a week of use you won't log in nothing else, I think the cache is small, you have to unplug it and wait a bit, turn it on to return to normal, I almost forgot, the sound of it... what sound? My other Hi Sense TV on volume 10 you can't stand in front of it, my luck is that I have a Sound Bar, I'm not even going to talk about the open TV channels that I don't know where they are, it just shows that there are a lot, but I can only enter 26. I'm a technology guy, I live on the computer and with peripherals and I tell you that this is very bad. I imagine old people trying to use this system. Samsung please hire a 16 year old boy to do something better and save this system

      First, let's ensure you are running the latest Firmware. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update. I recommend enabling auto-updates to ensure you do not miss any Firmware Updates. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update> then select Auto Update.

      Next, let's try running a cold boot on your TV. To do so, hold down the Power button on the Samsung TV remote until the TV turns off and then on again. This should take about 5 seconds.

    Love Samsung and Best Buy

    The team at the North Vae store are wonderful. I llaved my order online and for store pick up. I had to unfortunately immediately return my yv for a replacement duebto damage done to the screen, more than likely during shipment to the store location. The team was extremely helpful and polite during the entire process. The TV itself is perfect, wasy to use and picture and sound are great. We had an older model that did have more soind options but we just ended up purchasing a sound bar for this model to enhance the sound. We really enjoy the Smart features and were able to gain access to all the apps we needed/wanted on the tv woth ease.

    This big-screen TV is hung on the top of my fireplace. The picture is clear and defined. The only problem I had was the sound. It was not so clear and had a little echo. I didn’t want to use a soundbar as I live in a small condo and didn’t want the neighbors blasted. However, a small bar solved the sound problem.
