Should have we to Samsung in the 1st place. Its so much better no issues especially not with the picture or screen like the LG was.

Easy menu & access to all streamimg networks. Picture is crystal clear & sound is emaculate. We did not need to hook up a sound bar.

Works for what we needed it for. The sound though....totally shocked that samsung would put this product out with such terrible.sound quality. Just buy that sound bar before you leave with the money you saved from the TV.

The sound isnt the best on the tv itself but nothing a soundbar wouldnt fix . Love this tv very bright and vivid one thing that i can say is the remote is very small so dont misplace it .

I do have some issues with it randomly freezing and need to go back to Home Screen when using streaming apps like Netflix, prime video, etc. Sound is a little quiet so I would recommend a sound bar too. Picture is pretty and vision is pretty good. Great for gaming on a nice set up.

The sound quality is not great but just connect it to a Samsung soundbar and you have a full theatre experience. We have been extremely impressed with this TV so far.
