I can honestly say that I have never had a problem with anything that I have purchased from them. My last purchase was a Samsung 75” tv and needless to say, I’m very happy with it.

Great picture, horrible sound

I also don’t too much care for the Home Screen because it’s not very user friendly. But now that I have all of my apps loaded, I don’t care and I plan on purchasing a sound bar. I can’t say that I’d recommend it because you can get the same quality picture and better sound from other brands for the same price

We put it in our fireplace room and luckily, it was the perfect size. Lol the sound is good but we will want a sound system at some point as its not great. This was actually an open box tv. Tag said there were some scratches on the back but we couldnt find any. Very pleased.
