Great TV horrible remote

Best Buy delivery was great, but the remote that comes with the TV was absolutely horrific. If you look it up online it is well known that these new remotes that are supposed to be streamlined. Don’t work at all. I ended up having to go buy a new remote For about $16 which was not the end of the world since I got a good deal on the TV, but it was still a hassle, but the picture is really good and it was easy to set up.

Remote control and poor custome service

Unfortunately, the customer service was disappointing. I was transferred around with no solution until I was told I had to go in person to get a new remote. This is a huge inconvenience. I want to warn others about this issue with the remote model and the poor service."؟
