    Good TV for a good price. Has a little bit of uneven light bleed in the blacks but nothing you wouldn't expect from a $500 TV. I would buy this TV again

    I purchased a Samsung TV from Best Buyless than 2 weeks ago, but the remote control started malfunctioning. Unfortunately, the customer service was disappointing. I was transferred around with no solution until I was told I had to go in person to get a new remote. This is a huge inconvenience. I want to warn others about this issue with the remote model and the poor service."؟

    We love the TV for the picture. Terrible sound quality and does not have an optical output for audio so it rendered my current Bose sound system useless. But like great picture great TV for the price.

      The DU6950 TV offers 2 HDMI ports and is Bluetooth and Wi-Fi capable, allowing a seamless connection across multiple devices at a time. If your external device requires an Optical port, we recommend utilizing an HDMI to Optical Converter. These can be found at your local electronics store. Please also keep in mind that an Optical port can be found on our DU8000F Series and above.

    Great TV. Great price. Great delivery service from Best Buy. But the thing shut off every 20 minutes. Turned off every setting related to a timer. Updated firmware and did a factory reset. Replaced HDMI cables with 4K cables. Still turned off every 20 minutes. Samsung website didn’t offer any mention of the set turning off. Samsung customer service just regurgitated what was on the website. Finally found a relative that discovered it was an advanced HDMI setting. Hasn’t turned off since (2 weeks).

    Great tv. Got it so i can put on movies or sporting events when hosting. Picture is great. Sound isnt bad. I do find myself having to set the volume higher than 50 or 60 depending on what im watching though.

    It’s actually a very sharp tv goes well with a bed room or your living room and if I was you get the sound bar and the sub never thought it would make a differences but it really does
