When I ordered this tv there was a promotion going where it states that if you buy this tv you also get another smaller tv 55 inch or pick from 3 other promotional items and that's why I bought this particular tv I haven't received any information about the promo offer yet and would really appreciate it as the other tv was supposed to be for my daughter's room.

This TV is amazing. It does so much and the sound is great We also love the free Samsung TV plus that comes on it and the best part that is free. This was a great choice.

The TV itself has great picture quality and overall value. However, I did not realize until weeks after the purchase, my sound bar was not compatible because this TV model does not have audio output and caused more money for set up which included a brand new purchase for a new sound bar I did not anticipate. In the future Best Buy, please inform customers of these details. Thank you.

Great tv. Got it so i can put on movies or sporting events when hosting. Picture is great. Sound isnt bad. I do find myself having to set the volume higher than 50 or 60 depending on what im watching though.

The Tv came in as it appeared on the ads, works perfectly with clarity and multi functions. It is pocket friendly and I would recommend this tv to everyone who needs quality at a good price.

This is an excellent tv in all respects, size, sound, and image quality. The set-up was a little problematic as it timed out and the App restarted. Otherwise, there haven’t been any issues.

Clear and amazing pictures Easy-to-use and fits into the wall

Owned this TV for a little over a year now. Here's a list of issues: - TV just stops and reboots at random times while streaming - while gaming, the sound will randomly just stop or keep a singular repeating tone - It takes multiple attempts to use Dex from my Samsung Phone - Can have multiple apps open, each has to be exited out completely before starting a new app - Randomly drops wifi (less than 10 ft from the router. When the TV works, the picture is amazing. Watching sports on it has been absolutely bliss. With the surround sound, it feels like you're there. Dont recommend this TV with it's current and unstable OS. Unless youre buying for less than $200.
