I apologize for the inconvenience you have had with the inconsistent sound volume. Please try adjusting the following Settings to improve your experience.
The Auto Volume function automatically adjusts the sound to a certain level when changing channels or switching to another external input. Go to Settings > All Settings> Sound > Expert Settings > Auto Volume = On.
You may also want to perform a Sound Test under Support > Self Diagnosis > Start Sound Test.

Not as good as I thought it would be

Very choppy. I have another 40 inch television about 10yrs old and its a 120 refresh rate and looks so much better. This one is only 60 refresh rate but with the new technology i thought it would look better. Can't give it a terrible review yet because like i said, could be Xfinitys crappy speed.

Samsung Tv's now require a samsung account before being allowed to download apps, which i just find excessive and unnecessary, and i was never warned about. also, getting a wired connection to work is near impossible. Best Buy or Samsung couldnt even get the photo showing the LAN port is right. The LAN port for this model plugs directly in to the back of the display, not from the side with the HDMI and coax connections.
