Around Christmas time it’s a Challange, but they handle the situations immediately and professionally. I prefer Best Buy to any other store even though there is a slight price difference. Because I know I can go to the store and they will fix the problem right away. Thank you all for the great service!

But it has had a few momentary glitches where the picture gets stuck and the tv resets. Overall tv has a very nice picture. But the glitches are annoying.

We appreciate your feedback on the Samsung DU6950 TV. I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with your TV glitching.
First, let's ensure you are running the latest Firmware. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update. I recommend enabling auto-updates to ensure you do not miss any Firmware Updates. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update> then select Auto Update.
Next, let's try running a cold boot on your TV. To do so, hold down the Power button on the Samsung TV remote until the TV turns off and then on again. This should take about 5 seconds.
