    Strong 4 stars for this TV model. This is my second Samsung. This would have received 5 stars but I didn't like that I had to purchase a sound Bar to get decent sound quality.

    I have had issues with delay of delivery and damaged items before. Around Christmas time it’s a Challange, but they handle the situations immediately and professionally. I prefer Best Buy to any other store even though there is a slight price difference. Because I know I can go to the store and they will fix the problem right away. Thank you all for the great service!
