My luck i opened after the return period and the tv shuts off within tbe first couple minutes of being turned on and has to reset itself which is weird since i have the same one in a smaller size that doesn't do this. Also the limited audio options is a bit of a bummer because now i need a new sound bar.

Works well but slow

But it has had a few momentary glitches where the picture gets stuck and the tv resets. Overall tv has a very nice picture. But the glitches are annoying.

First, let's ensure you are running the latest Firmware. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update. I recommend enabling auto-updates to ensure you do not miss any Firmware Updates. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update> then select Auto Update.
Next, let's try running a cold boot on your TV. To do so, hold down the Power button on the Samsung TV remote until the TV turns off and then on again. This should take about 5 seconds.
