    We are very happy with the TV. It was easy to hook-up and the picture is great. We can see the screen from all angels in the room. We ordered it online and it was waiting for us when we got to the store!

    Picture is good quality but TV freezes a lot. Remote is not very user friendly.

      Thank you for letting us know about the issues you are having with your DU6950 TV freezing. For optimal performance, we ask that you please ensure you've got the latest firmware version installed on your TV. You can check this by going to Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update.

      You may also want to further optimize performance with the self-diagnostic tool, which checks memory, frees up unused cached memory, and closes background apps. Go to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care

    I really wanted to like this Samsung TV, but the experience has been frustrating from the start. The picture quality is decent when it actually works, but it freezes and goes in and out, interrupting shows and streaming. I’ve tried resetting it and checking the internet connection, but the issue keeps happening. For the price, I expected something much more reliable. It’s disappointing to have such a well-known brand perform so poorly. Would not recommend.

    This is television is actual a replacement of one exactly like, but two years newer. The prior one just died six months after the warranty expired. Fingers crossed that doesn't happen again.

    Good quality in all but one thing. With the prime video app it freezes it and it goes black scre it has done the 3 times total dune purchase the tv in December , after Christmas.
