And at this price, cant be beat. Speaker kinda small for this size tv, good for shows but horrible for music, get a sound bar if you need bass.

The picture quality is decent when it actually works, but it freezes and goes in and out, interrupting shows and streaming. I’ve tried resetting it and checking the internet connection, but the issue keeps happening. For the price, I expected something much more reliable. It’s disappointing to have such a well-known brand perform so poorly. Would not recommend.

Was excited to get what I thought would be a better picture and new features. Well the picture is not as crisp as my old TV. The speaker is useless, very low sound quality so I always have it connected to my Soundbar. But I keep losing connectivity to my soundbar and has lip sync issues (lips move and there is delay in the sound).

We appreciate you sharing your experience with the DU6950 TV. Your feedback regarding image quality is essential to us and will be shared with our internal teams. Please try adjusting the below image settings to improve your picture.
Go to Home > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode and select the mode that best fits your usage:
1) Standard: Default mode suitable for general viewing environments.
2) Natural: Reduces eye strain for a comfortable viewing experience.
3) Movie: Most suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room.
4) Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments.
You can also go to Settings > All Settings> Picture > Expert Settings > to manually fine-tune your image.
To address the audio delay, you may want to try the Audio Pass-Through feature. This feature allows the audio signal to be sent out unprocessed to an external Soundbar or receiver connected to the TV. The external Soundbar or receiver then processes the audio, thereby eliminating the added step of processing by the TV, which adds delay.
To activate this feature, go to Settings > All Settings> Sound > Expert Settings > Digital Output Audio Format > set to Pass-Through.

The 4k experience is pretty amazing, honestly. I've seen comments about the audio but I've been content with the sound from the TV so far.
