    Purchased this to replace a TCL that BB would not return and TCL service was a joke. Samsung or Sony is the way to go.. Great value for the money and BB staff were exceptional. Thank you.

    I keep getting TV's with some type of damage and I don't quite understand how a successful company like Best Buy don't have some type of quality assurance process or procedure to sample a batch of TV's for performance and damage to get raw data which would help Best Buy to build a database of those TV's that had issues in the sampling process. Best Buy has worked hard to ensure that the Best Buy brand and the product brands that the store carry are quality products with great features and performance. This would be my 4th Flat Screen 75" TV that has some type of repair problem. After making a considerable investment in my Home Entertainment needs I realize that this is the worst customer experience I have ever had with a Technology Company.

    Excellent purchase for the price 2 days before Christmas. I made sure to get the warranty because I had to replace my previous TV that the warranty ran out on.

    Picture quality is good, speakers are horrible. We had to buy a soundbar tonfix the problem. It freezes at time going to different apps, overall wpuldnnot purchase again for the price.

      If your TV is freezing, we recommend first checking for firmware updates on your TV. Go to Home > Settings > Support > Software Update. If you do have the latest firmware, then you can next try a cold boot. There are two ways to cold boot your TV:

      1) Using the Remote: For most people, the easiest way is to hold down the Power button on the Samsung TV remote until the TV turns off and then on again. This should take about 5 seconds.
      2) Using the Plug: If you do not have the remote, unplug your TV from the wall outlet or surge protector, leave it unplugged for 30 seconds, and then plug it back in.

    Trying to incorporate into an older entertainment system and find NO AUDIO output!!!! Why would i assume a TV would have some sort of audio output??? I will need a new reciever with HDMI inputs I guess. Just be aware NO AUDIO outs at all. Not even a 3.5 jack. Huge miss number one on my new TV!
