Great, picture horrible sound

Everything else about the TV is great. After purchasing a Samsung sound bar to go with it, I actually enjoy the TV.

Great picture but…..

At least Best Buy ciuksve inckuded a pwer cord. Luckily the TV it replaced was a Samsung. Still a great picture overall.

The audio is overwhelmingly treble-heavy, making dialogue sound harsh and music tinny, even after adjusting the settings. For a TV of this size and price, I expected balanced sound to match the impressive visuals. Disappointed and now considering external speakers to fix the issue.”
