    We never got to use the TV. We ordered install service, and twice the TV arrived completely damaged. Not a little damaged, the entire screen destroyed. The installers said, "we see this a lot with these cheaper TVs because the packaging isn't very secure". Given that response, we cancelled the order and the install and purchased something else.
