    This TV has sn OK picture. The sound was horrible and reminded me of listening to soap operas in the 70's. It was tinny and cheap sounding. There weren't enough options to change the quality of the sound.

    Although it has a great image, the sound is not the best. It works great with a TLV soundbar, purchased separately. For being such a big tv the sound is very bad quality, also the app store does not have all the apps. I wish Samsung would have done better with this size of TV

    It’s a nice tv, but it glitches at least once or twice while using. Will either do a buffer screen or stutter with sound and shut down

    TV has been problematic from purchase. We missed the return to Best Buy by 4 days and have been having same issues since. TV turns off, makes loud clicking sounds, little house jumps all over screen, I have placed several calls to Samsung and it is still not working. Would not purchase again

    Not a month old and this tv goes off into a loading screen at random times while watching something and also when its just on the home screen.

      First, let's ensure you are running the latest Firmware. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update. I recommend enabling auto-updates to ensure you do not miss any Firmware Updates. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update> then select Auto Update.

      Next, let's try running a cold boot on your TV. To do so, hold down the Power button on the Samsung TV remote until the TV turns off and then on again. This should take about 5 seconds.
