    Most of this was my fault because this was an impulse buy during superbowl weekend and it came with a free 43” samsung. I didn’t look over the specificstions, this tv has horrible audio quality i have changed the setting and still no change. It has no audio output other than bluetooth, no rca’s and no optical output. It has 2 hdmi, 1 antenna, and 1 usb that’s it. It’s just a tv for size and a little bit of picture quality.

      Thank you for sharing your thoughts regarding the DU6950 TV’s sound quality. We recommend adjusting the Sound Settings to improve your experience. You can change the Sound Mode by going to Settings > All Settings> Sound > Sound Mode.

      You can also customize the sound with Expert Settings by going to Settings > All Settings> Sound > Expert Settings.

      The DU6950 TV offers 2 HDMI ports and is Bluetooth and Wi-Fi capable, allowing a seamless connection across multiple devices at a time. If your external device requires an Optical port, we recommend utilizing an HDMI to Optical Converter. These can be found at your local electronics store. Please also keep in mind that an Optical port can be found on our DU8000F Series and above.

    Too few hdmi ports, needs at least 3. Does not have optical sound port. For some reason when im playing ps5 the screen just turns blackoutfor 5 seconds, which sometimes leads to my dearh.

      For optimal performance, we ask that you please ensure you've got the latest firmware version installed on your TV. You can check this by going to Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update.

      You may also want to further optimize performance with the self-diagnostic tool, which checks memory, frees up unused cached memory, and closes background apps. Go to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care.

    You get what you pay for. It’s a pretty nice TV. I bought this for my husband as a christmas gift so we put it up this week. The only concern I have would be that the tv has froze/glitched twice while skipping and glitching the sound. To the point we have to shut it off. Not internet related.
