So its damaged and im bummed i cant just enjoy my new tv:( I still tried it out , & the picture quality was just ok. Im thinking now that i have to go through the trouble or returning, I’ll look at other samsungs now. We were able to take the TV back in person( had to be the next day) so we didnt have to wait long, and chose a 65” QLED Samsung instead. Its so much better, picture quality and sound wise. And it was thinner too. Whether its The Mario movie or Return of the Jedi, it looks so nice. So im happy it worked out this way I guess. Def go with a QLED or OLED, if you want better picture quality. If its just for the size of the screen then 4k is alright.

I bought this for my husband as a christmas gift so we put it up this week. The only concern I have would be that the tv has froze/glitched twice while skipping and glitching the sound. To the point we have to shut it off. Not internet related.

I had to purchase a small sound bar to connect to it for better sound. I replaced my 65in LG for this 75in Samsung, the sound quality from the LG was a lot better.
