    It’s a nice tv, but it glitches at least once or twice while using. Will either do a buffer screen or stutter with sound and shut down

    Not worth the money better off purchasing a store brand tv. I see everything on the screen except what’s in the picture. The glare is horrible. Buy a LG TV. I had to buy a sound bar system because the sound quality is terrible as well. A poorly built television with a strong name is crazy work.

    The speakers are horrible. Did not have the right connection to work with my Klipsh sound bar. The picture is good though.

      The DU6900 TV offers 2 HDMI ports and is Bluetooth and Wi-Fi capable, allowing a seamless connection across multiple devices at a time. If your external device requires an Optical port, we recommend utilizing an HDMI to Optical Converter. These can be found at your local electronics store. Please also keep in mind that an Optical port can be found on our DU8000F Series and above.

    This is the worst TV I have ever purchased. I usually love Samsung, but not this one. DO NOT BUY. We purchased a few weeks before Super Bowl this year, and by Super Bowl I can’t tell you how many times reset the TV to factory settings. I at first thought it was my internet and then I thought it was the outlet, but both have been replaced and the TV still has this issue. The TV has been reset over 100 times. And we can only watch the tv for 5-15 minutes each time before it “restarts” itself or freezes. I honestly just want to place it on the curb so it is someone else’s issue.

    Bought Nov 2024 and should have returned immediately. This has been the worse tv purchase ever. Tv just randomly freezes abd turns off. Recently volume sometimes works sometimes doesnt. I have always stood by samsung tvs until this purchase.

    I should have returned it. The picture is fine for an entry-level TV. The sound is "tin can" horrible. I got a sound bar but the TV only has eArc HDMI sound output. The biggest issue is that the TV crashes, hangs and reboots every other time I watch it. I will update this review if this can be resolved with a software update. I had the previous years version of this Samsung TV and it was much better.
