Our old TV finally died and I didn’t want to spend a lot right before the holidays. I settled on this TV and I should’ve done more research. First off, the refresh rate is 60hz and very blurry if you watch sports or play video games. The picture is clear at first, but after 2 months, it has gotten very blurry and pixelated. The processor is very slow which makes streaming shows/movies unwatchable. I have tried everything. However, after doing more research on the DU7200 models, this TV is just bad. Don’t waste your money like I did. I will be replacing this very soon

We appreciate your feedback on your DU7200 TV’s picture when watching fast-motion. For optimal motion image performance, you may want to adjust the picture clarity setting by going to Settings > All Settings> Picture > Expert Settings > Picture Clarity Settings.
- Off: Picture Clarity Settings will always be off
- Auto: Picture Clarity Settings will automatically activate and deactivate based on the type of program being watched
- Custom: Allows custom adjustments and settings to be used. By selecting the Custom option, you can access these advanced settings for Judder Reduction, LED Clear Motion, and Noise Reduction.

I changed battery’s twice. I have to get close. I got this tv and it had a line down the side of the screen. They replaced it and this is fine. Outside of that it gets the job done.

The TV does not have a digital audio output nor analog outputs for my sound bar. I was able to use my sound bar using blue tooth but I need to reconnect every time I turn it on. I'm told that I can purchase a HDMI-eARC to digital audio adaptor but I think this capability should be included with the TV. There are also no RCA input jacks to connect older analog devices (like VCRs). They make RCA composite video to HDMI adaptors but it would be better to have this capability included as well.

We’re sorry to hear that the picture on your Samsung DU7200 TV appears too dark. If this isn’t meeting your expectations, there are several settings you can adjust to improve the overall brightness and clarity of your screen.
First, try disabling certain energy-saving features that may be dimming the screen automatically. Go to: Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Power and Energy Saving, then turn off Brightness Optimization, Energy Saving Solution, Motion Lighting, and/or Contrast Enhancer.
Next, adjust the Picture Mode to better match your viewing environment: Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode and choose from the following:
• Dynamic – Brighter and clearer for well-lit rooms
• Standard – Balanced for most environments
• Movie – Ideal for watching in a dark room
• Eco – Designed for energy savings
• Filmmaker Mode – Preserves the creator’s original intent
You can also manually adjust brightness by going to: Settings > All Settings > Picture > Expert Settings > Brightness. Use the slider to set a level that suits your preferences (0–50).
Finally, we recommend making sure your TV has the latest software installed: Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now
