    Television has pretty good quality overall but doesn't like connecting to other devices wirelessly. Having smart share requires factory resetting the tv multiple times and the tv will randomly go into sleep mode. I specifically got a samsung tv thinking it'd be more compatible with my other samsung products and it is not. Only had the tv for about a month and already regret it.

      Hi CameronB,

      Thank you for letting us know about the connectivity issues you are experiencing with your DU7200 TV. I have a few recommendations for you that may improve your experience.

      First, let's ensure you are running the latest Firmware. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update.

      Next, let's try running a cold boot on your TV. To do so, hold down the Power button on the Samsung TV remote until the TV turns off and then on again. This should take about 5 seconds.

      If you are connected to external devices via HDMI, it could cause the TV to go into Standby mode if external devices shut off. To disable Anynet+, go to Settings > General > External Device Manager > Anynet+, then disable.

      If you continue to have issues connecting your TV to external devices or with standby mode, please give us a chance to assist you by calling us at 1-800-SAMSUNG, 8 AM - 12 AM EST, seven days a week. Or visit us on the Samsung website and click on the ‘Support’ link for:

    This TV was a huge let down. Screen quality is what you would expect at this price point, however when it comes to connecting to the WiFi it’s another story. There’s always a 70% chance that the TV is not connected properly to our WiFi, but even when it is connected sometimes certain apps won’t work like discovery, peacock or even Netflix. If you’re thinking of buying this TV you better have an Apple TV or Roku to use other streaming services properly or at least as a back up.
