    I have always exclusively bought Samsung TVs since flat screens initially came out. This is easily the worst/most frustrating TV I have owned. The "Smart" systems makes it very challenging to switch between HDMI inputs as the system is trying to "auto detect" what console you have installed rather than just letting you switch. This also is a nightmare to use a SAMSUNG soundbar connected via HDMI with... takes shuttling through soundbar inputs several times every time we turn the TV on Picture is fine but TV functionality is awful and frustrating. Will be my last samsung

    What a Joke From Best Buy

    Bought this TV on 6-8-2024, install was on 6-17-2024. All we did wrong was turn the TV off. Next morniing the TV screeched like an owl and the volume had to be turned to mute. So, we called Best Buy to resolve this issue and we are now in process of waiting for a repairman to evaluate our new TV. Earliest appt. was 6-24-2024. Very dissapointed in Best Buy for their lack of customer relations. AGAIN, we did nothing wrong and they are not helping to our satisfaction. As you can see by the photo we are resigned to watching the small TV shown.
