    Good quality for the price. Picture is amazing. Didn't care for the audio connection options but did not detour me from purchasing. Need to buy a different cord to sync external audio.

    Enjoy the size of the tv more clear picture I have not taken of the protection screen on the tv and it still shows a great picture

    Operation instructions are very vague and difficult to understand. Remote is way too small. Picture is good.

    I recently purchased the Samsung 75” DU7200, and I’m impressed! The picture quality is stunning with vibrant colors and excellent 4K upscaling. Motion Xcelerator enhances fast-paced scenes beautifully. However, the sound could be better without a soundbar. Overall, a fantastic TV for the price!

    The newer these tvs get the more complicated they get and I would say im tech savvy. Not great for dark movies during the day, not enough contrast and all you see is reflection coming from sun beaming through closed blinds. I will miss those tvs you just turn on and tune to a channel, I now have to deal with network error messages most of the time stating that its not compatible with Spectrum tv or internet, yet it works fine after bypassing and network testing. The tv is set by router in at a decent height so ni reason for errors. The Q60D worked better for me

      Hi Rafael909,

      We appreciate your purchase and feedback on the DU7200 TV. Please know your experience is important to us and will be shared with our internal product teams. I have a few suggestions which may improve your experience.

      First, let’s ensure you are running the latest Firmware Update. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update.

      Next, If the colors on your TV are correct but just a little too dark or bright, you can try adjusting Picture Modes, Contrast, Brightness, or Sharpness settings.

      For darker scenes, I recommend Dynamic Picture Mode, which makes pictures brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments. Go to Settings > All Settings> Picture > Picture Mode > Dynamic.

      Or you can manually adjust the Brightness by pressing the HOME button on your remote, then navigating to Settings > All Settings> Picture > Expert Settings.

      You may also want to disable Power Saving Mode, which automatically adjusts the brightness to reduce the TV’s power consumption. Go to Settings > All Settings> General > Eco Solution> Power Saving Mode.
