    Awesome TV, very smart, I found it to be a very straightforward setup; I have a very bright room and needed a TV to deal with that and it performs admirably. If you are looking for a quality TV for under $1000 you'd be hard pressed to beat this.....

    Like the picture quality, but dislike the Home Screen and search screen. It feels too much like they are selling all of the streaming platforms. Also, for a smart TV it is lacking the convenient features. Another example - it’s remote doesn’t have a mic so you have to type movie names etc. Overall satisfied with quality and picture, but just wish it had the convenient other things.

      We appreciate your feedback on the User Interface of the DU7200 TV. Please know your opinion is important and will be shared with our internal design teams.

      We are sorry for any confusion regarding voice assistants. You are correct, the DU7200 does not have voice assistants built in. However, they do work with Alexa. You can connect them to your existing Alexa device to ask them to turn on your TV, change channels, control volume, and more.

      Our DU8000 TV Series and above offer voice command and built-in voice assistants.
