    clear picture, nice TV, but the menu is a little complicated. The remote is very small and impossible to buy the exact replacement.

    Like the picture quality, but dislike the Home Screen and search screen. It feels too much like they are selling all of the streaming platforms. Also, for a smart TV it is lacking the convenient features. Another example - it’s remote doesn’t have a mic so you have to type movie names etc. Overall satisfied with quality and picture, but just wish it had the convenient other things.

      We are sorry for any confusion regarding voice assistants. You are correct, the DU7200 does not have voice assistants built in. However, they do work with Alexa. You can connect them to your existing Alexa device to ask them to turn on your TV, change channels, control volume, and more.

      Our DU8000 TV Series and above offer voice command and built-in voice assistants.

    This TV works very well for the price. The picture quality is perfect, sound quality is nice and the pre installed apps is a nice feature. No need to have any other devices to stream apps since this TV is able to download them.

    I'm a casual viewer and this was all I needed. I enjoy watching movies and sports on this. I'm sure a higher refresh rate or clearer picture would appeal to some, but for the casual viewer and budget minded shopper, this is the right choice.

    I have always exclusively bought Samsung TVs since flat screens initially came out. This is easily the worst/most frustrating TV I have owned. The "Smart" systems makes it very challenging to switch between HDMI inputs as the system is trying to "auto detect" what console you have installed rather than just letting you switch. This also is a nightmare to use a SAMSUNG soundbar connected via HDMI with... takes shuttling through soundbar inputs several times every time we turn the TV on Picture is fine but TV functionality is awful and frustrating. Will be my last samsung
