    Easy set up with home internet. The Samsung+ channels are a little less than I expected. Sound quality for a stand alone TV is at best average. Buy a sound bar of any quality.

    They has a very nice picture but I found the app set up confusing . In addition the salesman lied about the tv having an optical connection. This is the first time I was disappointed in the sales in Best Buy.

    After having to buy a Vizio tv that I end up returning after 20 days since suddenly it just quit working, I had to buy another , this time it’s a Samsun and I hope it does last a little longer

      Hi RichardG,

      Thank you for your purchase and for sharing your experience with the DU7200 with us! You are correct; the DU7000 does not have voice assistants built in. However, they do work with Alexa. You can connect them to your existing Alexa device to ask them to turn on your TV, change channels, control volume, and more.

      You can turn on your Samsung TV with your Alexa device but you need to follow these steps:

      1. Download the Smartthings App on your Android or Apple device and log in with the same account that you are signed into on your Samsung TV.
      2. On the app, you will need to add your TV as a device if you have not already done so.
      3. Using the Amazon Alexa app on your Android or Apple device, connect the app to Smartthings, which should be under Devices> Your Smart Home Skills. Follow the prompts to sign in to your Samsung Account and enable the device.
      4. Please ensure both devices are connected to the same Wi-fi.

      After following the prompts, you should be connected and can now control your Samsung TV with your Alexa device!

    I have had this TV for 3 months. Our old TV finally died and I didn’t want to spend a lot right before the holidays. I settled on this TV and I should’ve done more research. First off, the refresh rate is 60hz and very blurry if you watch sports or play video games. The picture is clear at first, but after 2 months, it has gotten very blurry and pixelated. The processor is very slow which makes streaming shows/movies unwatchable. I have tried everything. However, after doing more research on the DU7200 models, this TV is just bad. Don’t waste your money like I did. I will be replacing this very soon

      We appreciate your feedback on your DU7200 TV’s picture when watching fast-motion. For optimal motion image performance, you may want to adjust the picture clarity setting by going to Settings > All Settings> Picture > Expert Settings > Picture Clarity Settings.

      - Off: Picture Clarity Settings will always be off
      - Auto: Picture Clarity Settings will automatically activate and deactivate based on the type of program being watched
      - Custom: Allows custom adjustments and settings to be used. By selecting the Custom option, you can access these advanced settings for Judder Reduction, LED Clear Motion, and Noise Reduction.
