    Easy to setup. Remote and menu are difficult to use and very frustrating. Two weeks after we purchased it, a digital artifact appeared on the screen. It looks like a small cross-section of a bar code. The artifact/flaw is there on any source I select. I tried getting some guidance through the online chat but that was a waste of time. The warranty information on the website is like looking for your keys in a mud puddle. I'm done with Samsung and Best Buy.

      Hi MichaelS,

      Thank you for reaching out to us regarding the bar code you are seeing on your TV.

      It is possible that the barcode you are seeing is a part of the protective film. Please be aware that not all TVs come with a protective film. If there is a protective film on your screen, it will be indicated with a blue tab in the upper left corner. The tab has an illustration showing how to remove the protective film. If there is no blue tab in the upper left corner, no protective film is on the screen and peeling anything off would damage what is the screen.

      If you do not have a protective film, please run a diagnostic test. Go to Home > Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Picture Test. If there are no issues during the Picture Test, this means your TV is working fine. To identify and fix the issue, first, try replacing the cable of the external device that is showing lines.
      - If the issue still appears after replacing the cable, troubleshoot the external device.
      - If issues appear during the Picture Test, proceed to the next step.

      If the barcode appears during your test, the TV will need service. Please reach out to us so we can schedule a warranty appointment. 1-800-SAMSUNG, 8 AM - 12 AM EST, seven days a week.     What a Joke From Best Buy

    Bought this TV on 6-8-2024, install was on 6-17-2024. All we did wrong was turn the TV off. Next morniing the TV screeched like an owl and the volume had to be turned to mute. So, we called Best Buy to resolve this issue and we are now in process of waiting for a repairman to evaluate our new TV. Earliest appt. was 6-24-2024. Very dissapointed in Best Buy for their lack of customer relations. AGAIN, we did nothing wrong and they are not helping to our satisfaction. As you can see by the photo we are resigned to watching the small TV shown.
