Have had no issues with it once all my accounts were established and my internet service was stabilized -- router / modem problem with hardware provided by ISP.

N it comes with a universaler remote. It lets you connect other dvr cable boxes and dvd and use the same remote

In our opinion this was the best tv purchase our family has ever made.

No alexa, no want

Turns out that was a lie. Geek squad was at my home and couldn’t even set it up. Sigh :( There is bigsby, but so far I’ve been unimpressed with the voice controls and functionality. I might actually return the tv.
