I read review after review and it appeared that this TV would meet my needs. To my disappointment it does not. When I initially turn it on, the picture is dark and blurry. I thought maybe it needed to warm up since it was the first time turning it on. The picture did get better and I was happy. The next day, the same thing happened, the screen is dark and blurry when its turned on. The brightness does get better the longer it is on but depending on what you are watching, images continue to be blurry. After a second or two, the image does come in crisp. Given the cost, this is not acceptable.

Falls short of high quality
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The TV does not work with PS4 Pro(forums state similar issues with newer hdmi devices offering 4K). Sometime usually within the first hour of operating my PS4 Pro everything will be working fine and then the screen goes black. Then a Samsung circular loading signal, then the game comes back. It lasts for five to ten seconds. The sudden cutting off of the image is especially annoying when playing online where you cannot ‘pause’ the game. At first I thought, “at least I got a great deal on this TV”, but now I would almost rather game on my old 55” that I know will not cut out. This issue is all over ther forums and it seems Samsung’s answer is that it doesn’t support the devices it is having issues with.

There was some kind of a lighting issue . Day time hook up looked great . Once nightfall we decided to watch a newly purchased 4K movie . The entire movie had like a brighter area in the lower left corner . I can see it through the movie half the time . Idk . Other wise daytime wasn’t noticeable . I don’t believe it was fault of anyone. I returned the tv .

Should've spent a little more

Terrible signal strength when connecting to the internet. The interface forces apps that you've removed back into your selections repeatedly. The latest thing it likes to do is refuse connection to the cast from my peloton bike. Who knows guess the television has better things to do. Sorry Samsung this isn't a great tv.

Vertical blue line

The tv had a vertical blue line and the geek squad came out and told me it was best to return it instead of fixing it. When I returned it they didn’t have the 75 inch so I brought the 82 inch instead. I had a bad experience with it so I can only give it 2 star.

Outstanding TV!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I decided to get the 75" Q6 with the $1k price drop during black Friday season. I read about the differences between the Q6, Q7, Q8 and Q9. Went into the store and watched a 4k bluray on the 75" Q6 and it looked great. I had a 2nd generation non-HDR 4K Samsung TV and really wanted HDR for my HDR capable movies. I decided on the Q6 due to the price difference and while you can easily tell the Q8 is a better TV, it was $1500 more for the 75" over the Q6 which IMO was not worth the difference in quality. Did not notice a whole lot of difference compared to the Q7. Got it home and after adjusting the settings to my liking and the room lighting the picture is absolutely amazing! The colors really pop, even streaming football from my Roku Ultra that is not even streamed in 4k or 1080P(hint, make sure you turn on HDR+ mode for non-HDR sources). Really impressed with this TV even though it is the entry level QLED. My 4k Blu-rays look amazing as well. If the Q8 drops to $1999 next Black Friday will get that for the bedroom! If you sit about 10 feet away from your TV, definitely get the 75" over the 65, HUGE difference!
