    I purchased this TV a little over 2 years ago and up until 1 week ago I had no real complaints. Then last week suddenly without warning there is 1 Horizontal Line all the way across the TV and one Vertical Line as well. I have tried everything to fix but have been unsuccessful. Samsung Customer service was beyond terrible and acted as thou I was inconveniencing them with my call. As much as I love the interface of Samsung TV's Im not sure I can buy another one after spending 3K on a TV only to have it crap out after 2 years.

    Expected a lot more from Samsung for the price I wish I would’ve just went with the LG and step down to 65” and purchased the OLED ! Disappointed

    2x geek squad had to come and service my TV both times same issue both times same quick easy fix.

    Purchased this TV with very high expectations. Product was priced fairly on Black Friday and decided to purchase after a brief viewing in the store. I am not a gaming person, so the picture quality was of utmost importance. Extremely disappointed at how the people, faces and back rounds are very blurry. My 5 year old sharp 60" was far superior. Waste of $2,500 dollars

    This TV has a issue with dimming that cant be turned off. Very annoying.

    High expectations but this just didn’t live up to it. The picture was grainy and jerky. Had to return it. Fortunately, the local employees were AMAZING. One star for the tv, five for the customer service!!

      I am sorry to see that you are not happy with the motion image performance of your Samsung Q6F TV.
      Please try adjusting Auto Motion Plus to eliminate the unwanted jerky images.
      You can change Auto Motion Plus settings by following these steps:
      1) With the TV powered on, press the Home button on the Samsung remote to open the Home screen
      2) Then select Settings > Picture > Expert Settings > Auto Motion Plus
      (Note: This option may not be visible initially. Continue scrolling through the Expert Settings Menu to locate Auto Motion Plus)
      3) Then select Auto Motion Plus again, and you will see the following three options:
      a) Off: Auto Motion Plus will always be off
      b) Auto: Auto Motion Plus will automatically activate and deactivate based on the type of program being watched
      c) Custom: Allows custom adjustments and settings to be used
      4) By selecting the Custom option, you can access these advanced settings:
      a) Blur Reduction: Use the directional keys on the remote to adjust the Blur setting
      b) Judder Reduction: Use the directional keys on the remote to adjust the Judder setting
      c) LED Clear Motion: Select to turn On/Off

    Terrible TV, last 1.5 years before the panel started to go. Tried to have it replaced 2 times without success. Swapped it for a Sony.

    This TV was purchased over a year ago and was returned for the Q8. The TV was defective.

    Left side went dark at one year and cost from Samsung to repair is as much as tv Original cost.

    I went into my local Best Buy after doing my research to purchase this new Samsung QLED Q6 75 inch. After speaking with many employees they talked me into the Sony x850f 75 inch due to the processor being better. I purchased the Sony but still had that feeling I wanted the Samsung. The first week the sony was nice but the setting screen and apps just seemed older and slow. After a week all the blacks on the right side of the screen went cloudy and the tv was unwatchable with dark scenes. I went with my gut and replaced it with the 2018 QLED and man is this Samsung better. The picture is better, the apps and setting are much more updated and faster. Maybe I got a lemon but if your looking for a comparable 75 inch get the QLED. You wont be sorry.

    Couldn't be happier with our purchase. Tremendous picture quality, great for gaming, movies, sports. ANY issue we had with set-up, we would just go to samsung website and chat with support, they have the ability to log in to you TV and help you directly with set-up. They helped with set-up up and connection of 4K gaming configuration and HDR. We bought the 75" only thing better would be the 82" lol.

    THIS UNIT HAS A REALLY NICE PICTURE, BUT NO BETTER THAN THE MODELS THAT ARE HALF ITS PRICE. WE HAVE 5 LEDS THAT WENT OUT 1 MONTH AFTER WARRANTY WAS UP & WE GOT NO HELP FROM SAMSUNG. BEWARE
