Great TV, Super Colors
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Went to Best Buy to purchase the 82" Samsung. A Best Buy salesman suggested for about the same money I can get the Samsung 75" QLED and would be happier with the picture. I am very glad I did as every time I look at the picture it really blows me away. It is super bright and super sharp. I have a Samsung 65" 8000 series in the other room, and it is a nice TV, but the QLED has a brighter picture with better color. Very satisfied with the purchase.

You wont be disappointed
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Very Well rounded Q. Will compliment your Living room. The colors, contrast, hdr and movement are 5 Stars. Blacks are good but not great you will get some light bleed. The UI is solid. The Q7f is the Best Bang for your Buck on edgelite in the 75inch size range. To make it easier i suggest you Compare Oled to Oleds, Full Arrays to Full Arrays, and Edgelite to Edgelite.

Great 4K TV
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I would highly recommend this TV to anyone. It has a fantastic picture and it was extremely easy to setup. Did not require outside help to complete any part of the setup. I like the external box for all the inputs so you don't see all the cords running up the back of the TV. Although the price is more than I usually pay for a TV it is an awesome TV. Samsung has always produced great quality TV’s with a wonderful picture. Would highly recommend this TV to anyone looking for a 75” TV.

Amazing TV
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Love this tv! The remote comes usable as a universal remote to turn on your cable, change cable channels, use as Xbox One X remote, and for my Pioneer theater system. 4K looks amazing and this tv is one of the brightest you can buy. Blacks not as black as OLED but there is less risk of image retention with the QLED series. At first thoight 75 inches was way too big (had 70 inches Sharp Aquos before) but we are already used to it. Xbox Games look fantastic as well.

For those who want it all.. Almost
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This TV is awesome for those who want it all IF you buy it knowing It’s not the best at everything, just very good at a lot of things. I looked at a few other Tv's to make my decision LG OLED C7 Sony 940E Vizio P series Color/vibrancy 10/10 I looked at all the other Tv's and this was the clearest difference. Side by side this tv makes the other look slightly faded. LG was second best for me. HDR/4k 8/10 Because the LEDs are on the bottom of the screen, you will get a vertical light bar during dark scenes. The picture quality is great is most other scenes. Guardians of the Galaxy 2, and Sicario are great for 4k references. Sony And LG were also good. Vizio was ok Motion 8.5/10 This was my tie breaker over the Sony. If I only watched movies and tv, I would have bought the 940E. Because I LOVE football and video games too, it was a no brainer. Sony had serious motion blur and jutter when gaming. Sports were too bad, but samsung was significantly better in REAL LIFE. Black levels 7.8/10 So the local dimming is good, but Dark scenes with something in the middle exposes the fact it does not have a full array backlight. Brightness is not an issue. Rtings had me worried, but look at leak brightness levels compared to an OLED. In REAL LIFE movies nights, you will blind yourself if your backlight is set too high. LG and Sony killed this area. Had an issue with clouding, and looked up truck to remove it. Used a microfiber cloth gently and the screen is almost perfect. Gaming 9/10 If gaming on a 75" screen with low input lag is a concern, this tv will be fine. We got 27ms in REAL LIFE. The Vizio, and OLED were also good. Price 3.5k/10 This is the kicker. If you want a 75" screen the options get slim. LG's tv will cost the price of a car. Sony will be about the same as Samsung. Vzio will be the cheapest. I got this one on sale and it was worth it. Overall LG- best hands down if you're Vallen. Sony-best value for movies(like really good for the money) Vizio-best at gaming and price point Samsung- best at giving you enough of everything at a size/price to have value.

Good Upgrade from old Samsung
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. After looking at multiple reviews on different sites for this TV, I decided to go ahead and upgrade from my 9 year old 52" Samsung HD TV to this model. This TV is still lighter even though it is over 20" larger and is thinner by about a full two inches from my old Samsung which was a big selling point for mounting on our living room wall. I was going back and forth between the 4K UHD and the QLED models because of the price difference and it came down to the QLED having better color saturation and darker blacks compared to the 4K UHD. Otherwise, the differences were pretty much negligible so if you aren't a videophile don't pay the extra money for the QLED and go with a 4K UHD. That being said, watching what little 4K content we could on Youtube and Netflix after the QLED was installed blew me away. Guardians of the Galaxy 2 really popped with little to no problems with image blurring or pixelation during fast-moving scenes. Scenes from Planet Earth 2 and other test 4K footage on YouTube showed the color saturation was outstanding right out of the box and didn't need any manual adjustments from the factory settings. Added bonus was that the sound quality from the TV itself was not all that bad but the enclosure it is in likely helps reflect sound out into the room. We did add a Yamaha SoundBar and it definitely helps improve the low-end/bass and very high end treble but I wouldn't say you HAVE to have a soundbar with this TV (but go with something other than a Yamaha; the connection with the TV is finicky and not stable!) . The only reason it is not getting a 5-star review is that I am noticing some vertical bars showing up on certain color combinations in the black to dark blue range close to the middle of the screen. Searching online shows that this appears to be a common problem with this TV line but I am (so far) not having as severe issues as others are. 98% of the time it isn't noticeable but once you see it, it is hard to ignore. It isn't a fatal flaw but something that may be distracting to some.

Outstanding!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We were shopping to replace a damaged 65” Samsung TV when my wife noticed this one... I was skeptical at first, but once it was delivered and we got it turned on, I’ve been blown away! Right out of the box, the picture was crisp, sharp and bright. The colors are deep & dark where needed and bright colorful everywhere else!

Great TV, Recommend, Why Not 5?
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Samsung Q7F is a great TV with very good color and brightness. It also has very good motion which is ideal for gamers like myself. However, both of mine had very bad vertical banding. You can look it up for more info but it is common for 65 inch and up TV's to have it (to different degrees depending on the unit apparently). Easily a 5 star TV without the issue. My Q7F was so bad that I went through 2 units and traded the 2nd for a Sony 940e. Upon research very very little feedback online about this TV having this issue. So in other words, I could of got extremely unlucky and got two that were bad. However, it could also be an issue with the backlight. Whatever it is I searched for hours through forums and even with Samsung Community and only found a couple of people saying they we're having the same issues. Of the 3 people who watched this TV other than me, one of them noticed the lines, and the other two didn't until I pointed it out. I noticed it almost immediately. In short, I WOULD recommend this TV as long as you either 1) don't get one that has this issue 2) don't watch content that is likely to give you this effect. 3) Don't notice the "little" things For details on what did it for me, see below. I bought this TV as an open box model. I was told that it really wasn't technically an open box because it had not been used. When I go home it was apparent that it had. Instructions were ripped up, packaging was messed up a little, and when I fired it up it went straight to a internet error message. No big deal as the actual screen (physical not picture) looked great and nothing seemed wrong with the unit, at first at least. I noticed rather quickly there were multiple vertical lines going down the screen about 2 inches wide. About a total of 6 lines all together. You could see it somewhat in the menu, but especially when a screen should be a uniformed color like the load up screen on MLB.TV or Netflix. Once in a program, you could barely notice it unless you were really looking hard for it or you were watching shows with lots of uniformity in colors. On TV shows on Netflix, and MLB baseball games the lines vanished and it looked awesome. But flip on soccer on Fox Sports 1 and you could really notice the lines on the bright green pitch. Then I fired up my new PS4 pro that I bought with it and the lines were VERY noticeable in MLB the Show, especially when a ball was hit into the air. They were also noticable in Battlefield 1 but not as much. In both games, among others I tried, it was more noticeable with a lot of motion on the screen. So I started searching the internet for info on it and found literally nothing. Of course, this is a newer TV so I thought maybe I just got a bad screen. I dug deep on the production of the TV etc and couldn't figure out why it was this way. Being that this was an open box I figured I learned my lesson. So I went up to best buy and the nice folks there set up an exchange for a brand new one (even with free delivery and removal of the other one THANK YOU). My 2nd unit was brand new and I found all sorts of packaging that wasn't in the first one. Got it all hooked up and once I went through the set up process, found that it still had the same lines! They weren't quite as noticable this time but they were still there. That same week I was out of town for work and when I got back I went back to best buy to talk to them about it. Gabriel and Ty were extremely helpful and I exchanged my 2nd Q7F for the Sony 940e after speaking with the manager who came to me. I didn't ask for him, he just overheard about it and gave me great customer service. I CANNOT say enough about store 335. I put no blame on them they were great every step of the way. Love my Sony 940e. And I wanted badly to love the Q7F, but ended up having some bad luck, I think. I don't expect this is a growing trend because if it was it would already be circulating online. Just do your research and ask ask ask around and ask questions. Good luck on your purchase.

Stunning Picture Quality
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I received $2999 Geek Squad Protection credit on my 75” Samsung 2 year old model due to a few LEDs going out. I could have received the Samsung 9000 model straight up but decided to add $500 and upgrade to the QLED 7 model 75”. It is even sharper and brighter than the previous 7100 4K model. The blacks are intensely deep but do not bleed over into nearby bright colors. In home content I doubt you could eyeball any difference from the LG OLED, which to me is the most impressive showroom picture but is not available above 65”. Colors are bright and brilliant, text is incredibly sharp. Blacks are at another level previously unseen which sets off the colors brilliantly. Lacking a lot of original true 4K content, the QLED upscales everything very noticeably over HD screens. 4K screensavers in the Apple TV are ridiculously brilliant equal to what is seen in show rooms. Communicates via cable or wifi. Well understood menus and screens. Has just 2 cables, a very small fiber optic cable to the remote box that connects the HDMI, internet, USB, and even over the air antenna, and the power cable. Brilliant screen for watching football, soccer, hockey, basketball. Has Apps you can quickly bring up along the bottom, or position the App bar to appear at the top, and can add Apps and modify and reposition. Touch home button to bring up input selection, which the TV recognizes and presents recognizeable icons for Apple TV, Amazon FireStick, XBOX One, or can customize the label, such as for Antenna. This is a spectacular TV which I did not mind spending the extra money for because of the use it will get and the brilliant picture quality. I also purchased the Geek Squad Protection for 5 years. I have been able to get thousands of dollars of credit on two previous TVs with the protection which allowed me to trade up to new models with little expense.

Great TV
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We purchased this TV as an upgrade (larger size and better quality) from our previous Samsung 65" LED TV only because our new house was so much larger and the room seemed to need just a little bigger TV. We were a little hesitant because of some of the research articles we found on how new the QLED technology is so new and decided to ignore those articles and purchase anyhow since we loved it when viewing it in the store. We are very happy we did and not only does the TV look fantastic, we also like the improved smart TV apps (quicker to load into them) and also like the flush wall mount and minimal cords since it has the hub to connect all of our devices. We are very happy with our purchase.

Great for your home theater system
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great picture quality, looks life like. Very easy to follow instructions on how to put the stand and wiring together, not to mention on how to take it out of the box so you don't damage the screen. The step by step instructions when you first turn on the television was easy also no complaints here.

QLED TOP OF THE LINE
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’ve bought multiple Samsung TV’s in the past, by far this QLED is the best. I went in to buy a 4K 8000 series 75” and ended up paying $1000 more for the same size but the picture quality is amazing.. I have it mounted over my all brick fireplace. I have a 8000 series SUHD 4K TV from last year and the new Q blows it out of the water even tho the 8000 series 60” have a great picture. If you have the extra money I definitely would recommend the Q Series... Also thanks to BB they have me a great deal on the mount during the purchase.

GREAT TV, EXCELLENT PICTURE AND EASY TO OPERATE.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.THE TV HAS A OUTSTANDING PICTURE AND IS VERY EASY TO OPERATE. THE WIRES ARE HIDDEN AS IF THEY WERE NOT EVEN THERE. THE ONLY THING DISAPPOINTING IS THAT THE REMOTE DOES NOT LIGHT UP AND IS VERY HARD TO SEE THE FUNCTION IN THE DARK.

Fantastic display; brilliant colors!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I'm a TV nut so I usually upgrade often when new technology comes out. Without a doubt, this TV is the best I've owned. We have other 4k LED TVs but this is our first QLED screen. Besides the nice size (75"), the resolution makes for a super sharp picture and the colors are bright and clear to where we are always saying "WOW" while watching UHD movies. Sometimes it looks like you are looking through a window. You really see the difference when putting a UHD LED screen next to the UHD QLED; the LED looks washed out compared to the color contrast of the QLED. I've read that the OLEDs are a little better but can't imagine it being enough for the human eye to tell the difference. The sale price brought this TV to an affordable cost and coupled with the Best Buy rewards we got back, it made this a fantastic purchase.

Awesome Picture and great features
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This TV has an unbelievable picture. The colors are so vibrant and the blacks are so black. We love the hub that is separate from the TV. With this the remote is sound controlled rather than IR which is nice because you don't have to aim the remote. It will still use IR to shut off or turn on if you have a universal remote such as DIRECTV. The smart part is great, instead of typing, you can talk into the remote. I really can't say enough about it, highly recommend.

Great tv.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This tv is great, for the price I wish it was more, if you are wanting to go to 4K UHD I would wait for a true 240 refresh rate. A little short on being cutting edge most expensive model, Samsung person through and through, I wish I would have gave another maker a chance.
