Nice picture, but it's junk.

Bought this TV early 2018 and it has already failed after a little over 3 years of use. The One Connect box failed. No way to repair this junk either. TV is totally useless without this One Connect in working order. And, as far as replacements are concerned, Samsung does not have this part available for replacement??? Samsung has the worst customer service to date on the planet. Won't get started down the road on that. So, a once Samsung fan has a now been pushed away from any of the company products they produce just based on the brutally unacceptable service they provide.

Disappointing, not worth the $$

Q7FAM is not worth the money. It’s over rated, over saturated pictures, nothing else. The pictures judder a lot, not good for a tv this $$. Demo videos are misleading.

Only lasted 2 Yrs!!! Don’t waste your money
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this TV on Dec 03rd 2017, 2 yrs later the TV stopped working, I contacted Samsung Support, they sent a technician (for $150) and after 4 visits the technician concluded that the TV just broke with no repair options... so I lost $3,499 on the Tv plus the $150 on the technician for nothing! Never again Samsung!! Same horrible experience with Samsung Appliances!

Single vertical black line on the screen

Warranty changed the whole monitor. After 2 years of use single line reappeared. Now out of warranty and the geek squad protection also expired. It's going to garbage.

Never worked properly and I had to return it

Beautiful Picture!

No remorse or regrets about buying this, the picture is absolutely gorgeous. Samsung has proven yet again why I only chose their TVs, and this TV paired with the Xbox One X, no words can describe the picture that is displayed.

My failed Samsung experiment
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I will never buy another Samsung TV again. In less than 6 months this TV is no longer functional. If you are going to spend the money on a QLED TV, spend the extra to go with an OLED from someone else. Samsung's QLED TV uses a separate box for inputs. At first I thought this was an issue, but the initial picture quality was simply amazing(the only reason the review got 2 stars), the 'One Connect' box was very low profile and other than the special care for the fiber-optic 'invisible wire', easy to work with. The downside is that there is no input to the TV other than through the box. If anything happens to the box or the fiber-optic cable you are left with only the black screen of what would otherwise be an impressive TV. So, let me speak to that black screen. In just under 5 and a half months the box or the tv, not sure which, can't stay on for any length of time without restarting. To make things worse, and why I recommend finding another product, enter Samsung support. Well, it's been 12 days, and I've been told it could be up to a week more before I'll receive a new 'One Connect' box which I will have to install myself to determine whether or not the problem is with the box or the TV. This is of course after they promised to have the replacement box to me in 10 calendar days. So much for customer service and product support. This is not my first failed TV. I've had one from Sony fail, and one from Vizio fail. The difference? Both of those companies had a technician at my house in less than a week(5 and 2 days respectively) fixing/replacing the TV. Do yourself a favor and get something else. I can at least say that Sony and Vizio know how to support their products and do their best to get them working again.

Best Buy let me upgrade to an 85" 8k Samsung flat screen which is remarkable. And once again, I bought the 5 year extended warranty.

3 months old 4 repairs and still broken

I’ve had six different days taken off from work for Service. 2 times they called and said they were 20 minutes away and never showed. 4 times they made a repair that caused a whole new problem each time. Now the tv is completely unusable. Repair company says they can’t replace the tv unless Samsung tells them to. Samsung says they can’t replace the tv unless the service company recommends it. I’m stuck in an endless loop with a 3 month old $4500 tv that doesn’t work and 6 days less in vacation. Bestbuy is no help and won’t take the tv back because I paid them to deliver and setup the tv so I don’t have the original box.

Very Disappointing

Very disappointing, i paid 3000$ for this and in 2018, this should last me more than 4 years

This is why I buy BB's extended warranties!

Thanks to the fact that I bought BB's 5-year extended warranty, they were very generous in rectifying the problem - which ended up being an 85" 8k for the difference between it and this 75"
