    The TV stopped working after 5 years. I have cheaper TVs and an old Plasma that's still going strong.

    It was a good tv until it stopped working. Of course I got the 5 year warranty and it went after that! TV lasting 5 years is unfortunate!

    Connect One Box and Cable are flawed

    Picture is fantastic BUT if the Connect One goes out the TV becomes useless. Waiting on Samsung to send new box and cable takes 3 weeks. Hopefully they have improve the box and cable as they are expensive to replace.

    Exactly(actually about 4 yrs) after bought this, tv giving me headache. It’s like more $1K each of the year (it cost me more than 4K). It’s turn off/on by itself

    The tv has a great picture and no problems other than the remote. It doesn’t stay paired and can’t be re paired with the tv without unplugging the tv. Not very easy to unplug the tv when it’s flush mounted to the wall. Remote will only work until you shut the tv off again. Samsung has already sent a new remote saying mine was defective but did not help anything. Have found a lot of other people with the same problem. Seems to be a software issue that Samsung won’t fix. Will have to buy a universal to be able to use this $3,000 tv.

    One connect system is faulty. We've been looking at a black screen since it was delivered 2 weeks ago. Picture comes in and out for a couple minutes then goes black. Contacted Samsung and they said it's a common problem and will send us a replacement box in 10 business days. Hoping it works after the new box comes. If you're unfortunate enough to get this tv with a faulty one connect box you will not have any tv to watch until you replace it, there is no way to bypass it. I would recommend buying a different brand of tv until Samsung figures this problem out. We have not had any problems with our 4k LG television that we bought 2 years ago. It worked straight out of the box, wish I could say the same for Samsung.

    Worst company ever

    I would never buy another Samsung TV. Mine stopped working after 3 years and they have the worst customer service. I have been on the phone with them three times for over an hour, and they have been very rude, refusing to give me a supervisor. The promised me they I would receive a call in 1 - 2 days from when I did not receive a call back and they refused to even discuss the matter with me. I have never experienced such poor customer service.

    TV just out of warranty and already having issues!

    Paid $3500 when it first came out...already having issues!!Not even three years old!! Run away from this one.....no issues with my other Samsung units, this one was a mistake!!
