BestBuy has the worst customer service

Terrible Installation

I specifically asked if they could hide the wires and they assured me they could. When the first team came they said they couldn't move the plug. I had an electrician come out and do EXACTLY what they said to do. Team 2 came out and said they couldn't do it either. After talking to customer service, we decided I'd better get the installation done elsewhere.

Nightmare Experience with Geek Squad Installation

I purchased a Samsung 75” Class LS03D The Frame Series QLED 4K TV with Anti-Reflection and Slim Fit Wall Mount Included on August 17th, 2024. I scheduled a Geek Squad appointment for TV setup and mounting on August 23rd. During this appointment, the technicians suggested that I hide all the cables, including those from the TV and soundbar. I agreed and rescheduled for August 28th. To my dismay, the team that arrived on August 28th had no idea how to mount the Frame TV. They suggested using the old mount from my previous TV, which was completely against the purpose of purchasing the Frame TV. The team left without mounting the TV and instructed me to reschedule the installation service. I called Geek Squad and spoke with Andy, who informed me that the system was not updated and that I would need to wait 24 hours before calling back to schedule. I followed their instructions, only to be told the same thing again. After waiting an additional 24 hours and calling Geek Squad again, I was informed that the system still had not been updated and that I would need to wait another 24 hours. As a customer who has been waiting for my TV since August 17th, I am extremely frustrated and disappointed. It is unacceptable that I have to repeatedly call Geek Squad and beg for them to schedule a service that they have already botched. Their lack of efficiency, knowledge, and customer service is truly appalling. I urge Best Buy to take immediate action to address this issue. I expect a resolution that includes a prompt and correct installation of my TV, as well as compensation for the inconvenience and frustration I have experienced.

SAVE YOUR MONEY
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.In the era of smart TVS, why you would design a minimalistic TV with a large almost cable box sized module that has to be connected to it... I do not know and hence why these TVS are returned all the time. (I returned mine shortly after opening it) I bought the cheaper version from Hi-Sense. More than happy with it. Much better options out there for the money if you want a TV. These things are purely for the Matte finish on the screens. Artwork looks great on them, Go Hi-Sense. The new "pro" model that just came out is awful too. Save your money

Unbelievably poor experience

Best Buy’s answer: it probably wasn’t like that when it left the store. More than $2k down the drain. Complete customer service fail!! I will never shop at Best Buy again and I hope the readers of this review do the same.

BEWARE OF ONE CONNECT BOX

If you can’t hide it, it completely defeats the purpose of the sleek and minimalistic look. Some Samsung TVs bring an optional box. This one you have to use it. RETURNED and got a much better TV for a better price. I went with a 77 inch Sony Bravia.

Worst customer service ever

Had to call out of the country 10 times, would not send replacement. Had to return in store. Then repurchase. Won’t let customers box up and leave for pick up of broken item without someone home. Will never buy form Best Buy again. Lost a customer forever.

Install yourself

About 20 holes in the wall of our brand new house, the team installing it we’re fighting amongst themselves, not a good experience at all. All for almost $500

Best Buy Lies
